Albert Mercado: Not Your Typical House cat!
by: Alex Bermudez

Biggest, most productive house cat to date! Albert is comin' in hot and heavy this year but it's probably because it's the year of the cat in the chinese zodiac... Alright so I lied, it's not really the year of the cat, turns out there isn't even an astrological sign for the cat...

AL! may not have his own astrological sign to claim but I see AL's claim to fame coming this year if he stays on top of his shreddin' like this! Doing it for Shadow and Kink... GO AL!!

Chase D. With Hot Moves At Black Box!
by: Alex Bermudez

You gotta earn your way in or ride the right dicks to get into Black Box...I've never been too into Chase D's riding but he slammed out a few hot moves at Black Box that were pretty rad. But the real reason why I posted this was just because the ramps at Black Box are so fucking good!

I got the chance to ride these ramps once for about 15 minutes, I didn't get to do too much but damn this place is heavenly. I'll probably never get a full fledged session there but one can dream, right?

Check CULT for more Chase D. and crew...

Spot Death: Knob Hill AKA Nordahl
by: Alex Bermudez

Another one bites the dust.Nordahl school has always been a really good spot, minimal busts and all sorts of little jibbery obstacles to ride like manual pads, ledges, stair cases, rails and more... But all good things come to an end... Nordahl was recently capped up, ledges and rails have been fun stopped and even gated up for good measure.

Luckily, this spot hasn't taken it too hard so far but is this the beginning of the end? I can see them railing off the manual pads and finishing up with the caps on the remaining ledges and rails...

Gated off staircase to minimize shreddin'.The caps are pretty beefy and are even riveted up in some unnecessary spots, they're really putting in some work to put this spot to rest. So you better get on over to Nordahl because who knows how long this comatose spot will last.

Unnecessary stops? Highly likely.

No fun will be had on these ledges ever again.

Manual pads are still hittin' but for how much longer? Will they get railed off as well?

Rails to block the pads, coming soon?

Movin' On Up With Ben Hucke!
by: Alex Bermudez

I see Apple purchases in Ben's future, let's just hope they're not iPad purchases.Looks like all of Ben's non stop shreddin' and web edit production is really paying off, Osiris just bumped him up to the pro team. I think that Osiris should bring back the D3 for a proper celebration... Congratulations to Ben on that one!

I couldn't help but notice that Ben did the double tire slider on a ledge in this edit, some kid on TCU was complaining that some other dude was doing this "years" before Ben and on ledges much like the one in this edit. Ben probably didn't even know about that comment and he probably doesn't care, so I would imagine he slammed that double slider out just for kicks.
